Calling all Arts Award advisers!

This November DIY Theatre Company are working with Trinity London to bring you two free opportunities to support your practice:

  • Refresh your Arts Award knowledge at a free support surgery
  • Explore a range of ways to develop Arts Award in different settings.

Free support surgery for trained Arts Award advisers

Thursday 8thNovember

The session will run from 3pm to 5-30 pm at Langworthy Cornerstone, 451 Liverpool Street, Salford, M6 5QQ.  It will focus on Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. Come along to ask any questions, raise any issues and share practice with other trained Arts Award advisers.

Webinar “Delivering an Accessible Arts Award”

Tuesday 20thNovember 

The webinar will be live streamed from 3.30pm to 4-30 pm and will explore ways to make Arts Award accessible to, and inclusive of, the range of young people with whom you work. The webinar is hosted by Arts Award trainer Sue Caudle, who will be joined by Alan Lynch, Sector Support Manager for Schools and Further Education.

Even if you can’t join the webinar live, register as normal and you will be sent a link to watch it after the event.

Arts Award can support schools, cultural organisations and third sector organisations to inspire young people aged up to 25 to grow their arts and leadership talents. 

DIY Theatre Company has gained a national reputation for its Arts Award Training and Support. We offer Arts Award adviser training at Discover, Explore, Bronze and Silver levels. We also offer specialist training for those interested in developing Arts Award with young people with learning disabilities and in inclusive settings.
