Working with artists and arts organisations

DIY has developed a range of training for practitioners and cultural organisations in areas such as creative evidencing and inclusive practice.

We have run workshops for students of Applied Theatre and Disability Studies at a number of universities including University of Salford and University of Manchester.

We have also created and presented at a number of conferences, including the Creative Minds North Conference in Manchester in 2017, where we collaborated with The Lawnmowers Independent Theatre Company to run workshops around issues of Quality in Learning Disability Arts.

The cost for the day is £26, which includes lunch and refreshments.

We can also develop bespoke training for your organisation – contact us to discuss any ideas.
